Availability: Once a year, just before the monsoon (March–April). Very limited.
In the Bastar forests, the Gond and Muria tribal communities have been gathering wild cliff honey for thousands of years — lowering themselves by rope, using burning herbs to calm the bees. They take part of the comb, never all. The colony always continues. Each jar is batch-numbered.
